Returns & Exchanges
It is our mission to draw smiles in the faces of all our valued customers. We try our best to rule out defects, as well as mistakes, when it comes to fulfilling orders, but we are not flawless. In this case, or if you decide to send an item back, we ask you to contact us immediately by following the steps outlined below.
We kindly ask you to check your order and its contents upon arrival, to make sure the order is complete, as ordered, and items arrived without damage. If the outer carton has been damaged upon arrival, you should not accept the package and contact us immediately. It would be very helpful to get supportive evidence in terms of photographs, in order to resolve the case more swiftly.
Should you have received a false, or damaged item, we will try our best to resolve this as quickly as possible. Upon your notification, we will either exchange your product(s) free of charge, or we will issue a credit note.
As many of our products are handmade and mostly consist of organic material, they are all unique. Variations in terms of colour and shape, as well as enclosures are regarded as character, rather than a defect.
If you would like to return a product for any other reason than the ones above, you can do so. In this case, we can not reimburse you for the original shipping costs, associated with your order, nor for the cost of the return.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Please note that we can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 2 weeks, providing the item is unused, in original condition with labels still attached and with original packaging.
