For the business relationship between pleased to meet and the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Pleased to meet does not recognize deviating conditions of the customer unless pleased to meet has expressly agreed to their validity in writing prior to the purchase.
§2 conclusion of contract
Your order is considered an offer to conclude a contract in accordance with these terms and conditions. We do not assume any obligation to accept your order. In the event that we cannot accept the order, we will try to notify you either by telephone, email or post.
§3 delivery time
The regular delivery time is currently approx. 2-5 working days from the time of the paid order. We strive to meet delivery deadlines. In the event of delays in delivery that can be traced back to circumstances that were not known to us when the order was placed and for which we are not responsible, delivery times are extended to a reasonable extent.
§4 delivery address
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we deliver to the billing address. If the customer wishes a delivery address that differs from the billing address, this must be stated during the ordering process. Unfortunately, we are usually unable to change the delivery address at a later date.
For private customers, all prices include statutory VAT. We strive to always quote the correct price for all items - errors excepted.

We offer worldwide shipping as standard.
§8 Due Date and Payment
We currently offer payment in advance by bank transfer, direct debit, PayPal and credit card. The products ordered will only be shipped after payment has been received. If payment is not received within thirty days of your order, your order will be canceled by pleased to meet. In the case of a direct debit chargeback, there is a fee of at least € 10, or € 3 plus 0.33% of the direct debit amount.

§9 Liability for Defects, Complaints
If there is a defect in the purchased item, the customer can request supplementary performance (removal of defects or replacement delivery). If the supplementary performance fails, the customer can withdraw from the contract in the event of a not inconsiderable defect or reduce the purchase price. Unless otherwise stated below, further claims by the customer - for whatever legal reasons - are excluded. Insofar as the liability of pleased to meet is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
The above limitation of liability does not apply if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence or if there is personal injury. Furthermore, it does not apply if the customer asserts claims from §§ 1.4 of the Product Liability Act. If pleased to meet negligently violates an essential contractual obligation, the obligation to pay compensation for property damage is limited to the damage typically occurring. If the supplementary performance takes place in the form of a replacement delivery, the customer is obliged to return the goods initially delivered to pleased to meet. A supplementary performance only takes place when the first delivered goods have been received by pleased to meet. Exceptional cases require a separate agreement.
§10 Right of Return and Consequences of Return
The goods received can be exchanged by returning them within two weeks without giving reasons. Individual wrapping papers cannot be exchanged. In the event of an effective return, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as it would have been possible in a shop, for example. In addition, the obligation to pay compensation can be avoided by not using the goods and refraining from doing anything that may impair their value.
§11 Use of customer data
Customer data is used by pleased to meet for the purpose of processing orders and payment transactions. In addition, we use your data to communicate with you about orders and products, to update our data records and to maintain your customer accounts with us. We also use your information to improve our shop and our website, to prevent or detect misuse of our website or to enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other services on our behalf. We guarantee that your data will only be used for these purposes.
§12 retention of title
All goods remain the property of pleased to meet until the invoice amount including all additional costs has been paid in full. The buyer may dispose of the goods in the normal course of business, but may neither pledge them nor assign them as security. Claims from the resale are hereby assigned to us.
§13 Place of Performance
The place of performance for the mutual obligations arising from the contractual relationship is Berlin.
§14 place of jurisdiction, applicable law
The parties agree that Munich is the locally competent court for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship. In particular, the parties agree that Munich will be the local court responsible for the dunning procedure. These agreements also apply to claims from checks and bills of exchange. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law.
§15 Use and Commercial Resale
All products, property rights and works by pleased to meet are protected by copyright. Violations through unauthorized use or duplication of any kind will be prosecuted. The sale of products from pleased to meet is reserved exclusively for authorized dealers.
