Refund policy

It is our mission to put smiles on the faces of all of our customers. We try our best to avoid mistakes, but we are only human. If a return is made for the reasons mentioned above, we ask you to observe the points listed in order to ensure a smooth process.

We ask you to check the order and its contents for damage and completeness immediately upon delivery. If the shipment is damaged, we ask you not to accept the package and to contact us immediately. It would be very helpful to have supporting evidence in the form of photographs. If you have received the wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a free exchange or issue a credit note.

Since many of our products are handmade and mostly made of organic material, they are all unique. Variations in terms of color and shape, as well as natural inclusions, are not defects, but make up the special character.

Should you still decide against one of our products, you can of course return it for a credit or a refund. We only point out that we cannot reimburse the shipping costs for shipping there and back.

We recommend insured shipping with proof of shipment.

Please note that an exchange is only possible up to 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Provided the articles are unused, in their original condition and in undamaged original packaging.
