Our packages are usually brought to you by DHL, in exceptional cases we use TNT, UPS or Hermes. We try to get your package to you as soon as possible, ideally in 2 working days, in the longest case 5 working days after receipt of your payment.

Of course, you can return or exchange your ordered products within two weeks. Only individual wrapping papers are excluded from exchange. We are a small company and ask for your understanding that the return will be at your own expense, unless there is a mistake on our part (wrong or faulty product).
